It is an interesting fight, Jesse will be coming up in weight but that's a non issue at his age. Likely he'll be the bigger guy in the ringanyway plus he's got the ammy pedigree. On the flip side Carlos may be well past his best and ain't had a top win in years but he's still a tough, tough vet and represents a huge step up for Jesse... Real nice, and I expect Jesse to shine here...

....However I don't think it's one we need to have as a Pick Em any more, specially as we're trying to keep the numbers down this year. I reckon the 3 remaining should be plenty although possibly I'll have another think about it if we get any more cancellations (which is quite possible I gyuess).

Damn... invited you on board then never gave you a proper greeting. Anyways welcome to the Pick Em and great to have you involved, man. Tried to make this a nice little corner of the forum where we can discuss the fights and have a little bit of fun without all the crap that infests the rest of NSB getting it the way.

Seriously right from the start I've tried to get everyobne involved in the decison making as much as possible so if you ever got any suggestions don't hesitate to make em. In this case absolutely Choco vs JCM will be in, wouldn't miss that one for the world... but it's not until 5th of March. Threw me for second wondering how I could have missed it specially when I saw the date was the 5th but then I worked out it ain't for another 4 weeks.

What I will try and do when I fight a bit of time (and motivation lol) is work up a schedule for the next 4 or 6 weeks so everyone got a rough idea of what fights we got incoming. Got abunch of other stuff I need to do first though like getting January's scores tabulated and knocking up a new masterthread for 2022. Got a busy week on too but I reckon I can have things sorted before Saturday.

Anyways. Once more, good to have you with us Steve and hope youi enjoy it.

Many thanks Koba - much appreciated at this comp had flown under my radar. It's good because I don't bet money on many fights but enjoy trying to figure out how a fight might play out. You sound like you have a lot on so really no need or expectation on my part to get a welcome salutation.

Looking forward to seeing January's scores tabulated - maybe the rest of the crew can agree to you getting an extra x3 if we see the table by Saturday

I don't think Bam is bigger than Cuadras

Well I don't know for sure, I'm just basing off that a guy of 22 can cut a hell of a lot more than a guy of 33 and usually they use that to their advantage.

Good to have you with us, man. Didn't notice your pick straight away... that's 20 pts in the bag to start you off and best of luck going forward.
