Well now that GRJ was beaten again, I guess this OK. Still waiting to see who the WBA gets for Michel Rivera, since Linares went the WBC route, and also what is the WBA doing at 160 and 168?

Meanwhile I'd love to see that dumb look that Romero always has on his face when he is laying down being counted. Maybe they can throw that woman's fur coat that Romero wears right over him after being counted out.The buildup will be cringe worthy if that’s what you’re getting at? A guy who arguably has no personality and just parrots whatever Ellerbe feeds him as well as not being very likable (Tank) and a nobody with a big mouth, totally unlikable, who fought one decent opponent and is the easiest opponent they could have found. I’ll pass on this fight.Comment

Probably last thing Mayweather/Al want. Forced to fight a credible threat, subjected to splits and or purse bids and having venue/negotiations dictated by anyone other than themselves?? Might as well ask them to throw your belt in the trash.Comment

Sorry, high cynical on the whole thing. It just works out that he gets to fight both and the better fighter got the shorter notice. The guy who nobody knew, and isn't very good, now has a name. Like people say, didn't see this one coming

They made Tank give up his other titles, in their "reduction" plan! I'm glad they're doing it too! Waiting to see what they plan to do at 160, 168, and HW is a total mess!

Wba is a puppet for the promoters with the most $…everyone knows that. And hell yes blame goes to the fighter and promoter. Davis been jumping weights to take easy fights for titles..according to himself and Floyd - he is the biggest ppv attraction in the sport and calls his OWN shots! Like he has to fight this bogus mandatory- ridiculously weak! Wont dare to be great and challenge the top fighters for ONCE in his career.
