William Zepeda is the goods. He's already getting some little haters, which is positive. I don't think either Loma or Davis can beat Zepeda easily. Not at all.

Should be a good fight. Isaac Cruz against Michel Rivera would be a nice co-main event to set up a little tournament. Throw a Charlo bro on this card and I’m buying.

He beat three battle tested former or current champions in their home countries as a B side in three consecutive fights:

American former IBF Lightweight Champion Mickey Bey (23-2-1-1; coming off a win after a 12 round SD world title loss vs Rances Barthelelmy) in the US
British former IBF Featherweight Champion Lee Selby (28-2, coming off a win over 3 division champion Ricky Burns) in the UK
American reigning lineal, Ring, WBA/WBO/IBF Lightweight champion Teofimo Lopez (16-0, coming off wins over Commey and Lomachenko) in the US

Those three fights alone absolutely destroy the combined 135 resumes of Davis, Romero, and Cruz.

You can preach, bro. Kambosos isn't much. I saw a stiff robot. Who even mentions Lopez anymore? Losses matter. He's a nonentity even if he's still at lightweight. Lopez was beat by a bum. I know the guys you mentioned but those aren't much. Mikey Bey? Selby?

You dismiss Teofimo Lopez, Mickey Bey, and Lee Selby while hyping up Rolly Romero? Whose best win was a guy who missed weight coming off a two year layoff (Yigit)?

You seem to have no actual criteria for ranking fighters. You just think anybody Davis fights is good, even though he's only fought 3 guys in his whole career that were ranked in the top 10 of the division he fought them in at the time of the fight.

Whose criteria should I follow? Cruz is a championship material. Keep watching him closely. Rolly is an OK fighter and will bring it. That's a visible fight or a Cruz rematch.

Cruz has zero wins over ranked opponents and Davis was lucky to get handed the W in that fight. It should've been a draw.

All you do is make excuses for Gervonta's pathetic career trajectory and rationalize his poor choices of opponents while the best fight each other.

The bold: That's not all I do on here. Only in a few posts in this thread, I mentioned many fighters. Didn't really compliment or say much about Davis. I promote William Zepeda on here more.

I'm a boxing fan, not a fanboy of any fighter. My top 3 favorites are: Davis, Zepeda, Cruz-Gonzalez. People who say they are a hardcore but have no favorite fighters are fake.

About opponents, try to spread the blame around.

Gervonta Davis will never fight William Zepeda.

                      I'm calling it now.
