I'm more sure than ever that the 'Tart-Tomato' Josh Taylor is ducking Subriel Matias.

When you highlight good bits only, everyone is a worldbeater. I'll give you fantastic power and a ridiculous work rate. Chin? Did Ananyan not drop him last time out? Jukembayev buzzed him hard in their fight. Let's see how good his chin is against the best. Beats any 140lber right now? Mmmm I don't see him beating Taylor or Prograis. But fortunately for Matias he won't have to worry about Taylor as he's going to 147. Taylor and Prograis have the 2 best chins in the division. You didn't mention the quality of Matias defensive skillset. I just leave it there.

He wont lay down. He will be put down though. Matias will win this easily, for the vacant belt. That's what they've been waiting for.

Ananyan's mistake was not to go to the body early. Matias was also little more accurate than last time, maybe even little better defensively. Ananyan did good work with riding the shots for some parts, but even great chin like his will succumb to constant offense like that (and he proved he could take Matias's power in their fight).

Matias was still too strong for Ananyan to turn the tide of fight in his favor like he did last time in the seventh. Great fight nonetheless, but I feel Matias will run into big troubles with style like that. He needs to tighten the defense.

He is a beast, he will be a world champ, no doubt, when Taylor moves up to 147.

Matias the boogeyman of the 140 division.
