The reason Hearn has made an offer is not for show. Why would you make an offer for the sake of it. What if Warren said, ok we'll have that fight. Is Hearn gonna turn round and say, well actually we didn't really think you'd take it and we don't actually want it? Don't be so ****ing ****** Frank. The reason an offer was made is because Buatsi ( Hearns client remember Frank? ) has asked for that fight. So Hearn is following on his clients wishes. The way a real promoter/fighter relationship works. If they don't want it that's fine. And nor should they as Yarde will get a title shot. But Warren needs to cut the BS, trying to look like he's kinda relevant. A big offer? I've not heard what it is. But I'm willing to bet its more than Warren has ever paid Yarde. Time for you to stay in your lane Frank. And as for offering for show, that could be right back at Warren. His big offer for Avanesyan to fight Benn is lower than what Benn already earns. He knows they won't take that fight as theres bigger paydays out there. As for Buatsi, Johnson, Warren knows fine well that Johnson has already turned that fight down. Warren really can't handle being 2nd best.

Hearn actually said if Yarde couldn't get the title shot this was a good second option and he understood if Yarde had a title shot why he would prefer that fight.
There is talk that Canelo is basically stalling the light heavyweights and if Smith say wasn't available .. Beterviev .. waiting on Cabelo .. this would be a good second choice.
Buatsi v Johnson would be a good option but Johnson turned it down when he was with Eddy and went with Warren to get the Smith fight, given Callum didn't jump at it before I can't see adding Warren makes that fight easier to make. Great fight to watch shame he jumped from Eddy.

Johnson turned it down? I know for a fact Buatsi turned it down TWICE you Matchroom mentalist.Clive Davenport likes this.

Johnson turned it down, back when it was all behind closed doors. Joe Gallagher was taking a huff that his fighters weren't getting offered what they were previously offered, forgetting that without gate receipts everyone was on a paycut. So all his brainwashed fighters were all crying about it and refusing offers. Johnson not only knocked back the Buatsi fight, he knocked back a few other opportunities including a European title shot. So after going in a huff, he goes off to Warren, and true to form he puts Johnson in with a Bosnian doorman who didn't have a shift that night. I don't know about sweet caroline, but with Warren, Johnson is going to earn sweet FA in comparison to being with Hearn. Still, if Warren really thinks Johnson should fight Buatsi, why doesn't he get his chequebook out? The last time Warren wrote out a decent check, sweet caroline was in the charts.
Johnson never turned that fight down whatsoever, where’s your evidence of Johnson turning down that fight? Hearn completely froze him out over a petty feud with Joe G and Buatsi never wanted that smoke and still doesn’t.
Stop parroting Hearn and form your own opinion. It’s like reading the script from IFL.Clive Davenport likes this.
