In other words lets see these fighters get challenged, and go through adversity to see how bright their touted/expected stardom can shine.
Bauza is going into his 18th fight, Lebron is going into his 15th, Zayas is going into his 13th fight, it's time to start making that move towards title contention.
Berlanga did get tested in his last two fights, and will probably get tested again in this fight coming up, but Zayas' last fight was deplorable.
If they all come out with wins on March 19, then they all should be fighting fighters in the top 15 for their follow up fights, except for Pablo Valdez who's still
      playing catch up.
Top Rank make it happen for the weekend of this years Puerto Rican Day Parade on June 11, 2022 at the Madison Square Garden.
That should really sell out the MSG, and herald in theses fighters as the new wave of future champions of Puerto Rican descendants.
I think the only young boxer, fighting good opponents, is David Morell jr.

Xayas last fight deff was sad ( I was the biggest critic) but this time he's fighting a good opponent Quincy has a win over Clay Collard , got to Remember Zayas only 19 this is the perfect step up .

Keyshawn Davis is only 4-0 and is fighting Esteban who is 18-1 . Yes Esteban just been beating Mexican club fighters but still it's a good step up for someone whose only 4-0.

Berlanga is coming off an injury and although he already has 18 fights in , in reality it's more like 3 or 4 fights of experience thanks to all those 1st round KO's. So Steve Rolls is a solid fight back . Rolls actually looked good against GGG til GGG knocked him out. So if Berlanga can't get him out of there he might end up struggling .

Pablo Valdez is already 38 , his role is and will always be just a really popular club fighter who helps fill up seats

John Bauza and Henry Lebron both have looked real good last few fights hopefully both continue stepping up this could be a big year for both .

Kelvin Davis is an add on to get his Brother Keyshawn but might actually end up being a bit more .

Only fighters who are close to fighting top 15 fighters in this card are John Bauza , Henry Lebron and Berlanga . All 3 should get 2/3 fights in before that step up . Berlanga been fighting 3 straight top 30/40 guys now and honestly should stay at this level for a bit longer as he's still really green and can potentially be a real good money maker for Top Rank if they move him right .

Good card. That’s a reasonable test for both Berlanga and Zayas at this stage in their careers, will be good to see the Davis showcase.

Some interesting matchups. Rolls isn't bad and Berlanga has shown enough flaws that this is no gimme if he doesn't come correct.

Xayas has had a few soft touches recently but he had a very tough fight against Sanchez three fights ago. LaVallais has some decent basic skills and seems fairly durable so he should at least go some rounds.

For a fighter with only 4 pro bouts, Davis is in fairly tough. Not everyone can be Morrell or Loma and these are decent matchups for the development of Berlanga, Xayas and Davis. I will be the first to criticize Arum but I can't criticize him for this card.

You've got that right, I agree with you 100% on that, David Morrell jr. is truly an amazing fighter.
To think that he's only into the 6th fight of his professional career, imagine what that'll look like when it's all said, and done.
If he's able to stay focused, and discipline he just might be able to win the light heavyweight, and cruiser weight titles.
Whatever the case may be it's going to be of major interest watching this particular fighter as he continues to rack up one
                impressive win, after another.
At this point in time he's a human dynamo.

You mentioned two magic words. Focus and discipline. Most of the Cuban fighters, go on into live the high life. After getting paid, they have never experienced any freedom, and with their family so far away, they have no support. This kid has the talent, and so far the hunger and support, just like Yoelvis Gomez and Ariel Perez. The kid is a threat to anyone around 168lbs, and he's only 23 years old. Be safe.
