I really haven’t been in the gym over 2 years that pic is from last year though I do work out sessions at home with all the Covid bs going on . I don’t bench bc of torn pec I do a lot of static training and strong man stuff in the summer I have huge property so I have anything I want here if I decided to build it . I started competing again to in strength sports ,my goal is to do reach 100 pound concentration curls by spring . I’m opening up my own fighting gym in 2 years .Comment

That’s a goal how much do you weigh or approximate because 100 pound one arm curls is kind of crazy ?

I’m roughly 180 short compact I’m a bit older 47 so it’s harder for natural healing without any type of synthetics. I’m a former national arm wrestling champion to so I have huge experience pulling which gives me tendon strength ,I did 125 once at 160 pounds but I was younger ,I’m actually stronger now but it’s the recovery time that I notice now .
