Swindled? Idk about that. He put up 2 pretty good fights vs bumsquad that brought a lot of relevance back to heavyweight, in boxing in general and lined rspns pockets. After their 2nd fight, damn near every sport show had a mention of it, espn constantly talked about it, as did dazn, showtime, etc. THATS the dividends espn was looking for on top of him winning. The 3rd fight was icing on the cake and foty.

As for AJ, he had his chance at making a splash in the U.S. but got his as.s handed to him in the process. Usyk is the better fighter between all u mentioned and him beating aj was a sight to behold, but again, it wasnt in the U.S. and didnt have the same electricity over here. Their rematch will garner attention obviously but again, the U.S. is the capital of boxing and since its not happening here, casuals will rarely pay attention to it. If he somehow beats Usyk in the rematch and wins THOROUGHLY, a fight with Fury will be demanded. And if it does, you already know who's selling that fight....it aint Anthony thats for sure cause his personality is meek af. Joyce is the future of the heavies imo, but he needs to fight more often and market himself more. Wallin is ok but unless he gets a shot at any of those 4 i mentioned and wins, he'll be nothing more than a win (with an *) for Fury.

He's definitely made a big effort to achieve at least some level of recognition in the US, he trains there and has consistently made an effort to fight there even prior to him winning his first world titles. I can't say how much more popular he would have been in the US if he was an American himself vs. how popular he actually is in our version of reality, but it seems to me he's at least more popular in the US than any other non-American heavyweight I could name, including the Klitschkos and AJ. Maybe Lewis was more popular back in the day but A) boxing was bigger then and B) Lewis' nationality was always a bit ambiguous.

He was giving 80 million ,no way did he generate 80 million with Wilder and how did the network gain from it when they need to almost double a contract earnings to get something out of it ? If they knew his fights we’re going to do so poor they’d not get near to those numbers .

Joshua has done better in the U.S on his lone fight then either of those guys so I’m not sure where you are getting these ideas from that Fury would carry the fight .

My thoughts on why I don’t find him interesting, maybe others can relate.

He looks like Humpty Dumpty with that big fat belly waste of his. Has a massive waste size. Just doesn’t look athletic at all, his aesthetic is the next level above Andy Ruiz, barely.

Second, I can’t understand a damn word he says with that fast talking gypsy accent.

Third, he just doesn’t have a likable personality, strikes me as obnoxious. He thinks he’s some charismatic star, and you almost believe it, until you realize he can’t draw flies without Wilder here in the states.

Fourth, he’s a dancer and jabber in the ring. Not really bringing out any fond memories we have of the 90’s heavyweight scene where we had ruthless punchers taking each other’s heads off.

It also doesn’t help that Canelo is in his prime, stealing the boxing spotlight from everyone, putting even the heavyweights in a shadow. He might have a bit more star power if there was a void, without Canelo.

I will say I enjoyed his demolition of Wilder, as Wilder is a delusional skill-less boxer, with annoying fans, but it ends there.
I am in the States, he is cool with me and I am a fan. Any other "thoughts" you might have?

fury v whyte in the uk or fury v say ruiz in the states would tell how big a star fury is now, fury wanted joshua & then goodbye after that declaring himself the best after winning, usky has thrown a spanner in the works but i doubt fury is too worried about him, he will likely just do what he does with a kindly ref taking it easy on him in the uk making it easier for him, cant see fury losing to usyk

Whyte would be carrying the U.K fight I bet Fury don’t fight there without him if he was this big star he wouldn’t need Whyte in the U.K . Let’s see him sell out the 02 like Whyte without Whyte .

First Fury would be the underdog vs all those opponents, now he’s got the sports world fooled and he’s ducking everyone. Which one of those lies is true. Both?
