You're complicit in a crime whenever you benefit from the proceeds. Fury's dad is a convicted felon and his family used to run a drug trafficking warehouse which his uncle did a 10-yr bid for and was fined $1m. His dad and uncle did the crimes to protect Fury from doing it by putting him in a big house and money to spend. AJ and Whyte never had that luxury and they were raised in poverty.
