He has anxiety issues in the ring that's what causes the gassing, I don't think it's fixable, you notice fat slobs like Fury and James Toney could go 15 rounds easily that's because they are totally relaxed in the ring, a guy like AJ is burning through 3x the amount of energy per round because he's riddled with anxiety.

Manny steward fixed the same problem in Wlad but it took a few years, AJ has neither steward nor the time.

I am a big Usyk fan and 2 years ago when everyone on this forum was ****ting on him I said, let's wait he is going to be champ.

NOW, I am 50/50 for the rematch. Don't ask me why, I cannot pick a winner.

Joshua is a KO artist. He'll have to be careful, but that's how he wins the rematch vs Usyk.

You don't need mindset training, brain training, or motivational speeches.

What you need is to have that dog in you. And either you have it or you don't.

Losing To Usyk 'Mentally Killed Me'

uh, no... losing to Ruiz mentally killed you... which is why you lost to Usyk

you should have fought to your strengths with Usyk, but Ruiz made you gun-shy

Deontay Wilder acted the way he did after the second fight, because he is a great competitor. From people on the outside looking at Wilder, it seemed as if he was being a bad loser 'But in reality, the reason why he is acting like that was ? Because he still believed he was better than Tyson Fury, and he could beat him.

I don't think it is a good sign, whenever top athletes accept a loss so easily like Anthony Joshua did 'It is only in the months after the loss to Usyk, has Joshua slowly but sure been allowing himself to be angry'.

I think Joshua will beat Usyk via stoppage in the rematch. And I disagree, I don't think he was 100% ready 'He has been in a repressed state now since the Ruiz I loss etc'.

Regardless if you think you’re better than your opponent or not that just shows how much class you have ti bring racism in your loss saying you opponent won because of “white privilege” smh and then pointing fingers at the refereee saying he was drunk in the ring . Self belief is very different than delusion and being in denial

It is fun how all the posters switched to praise usyk and downplay AJ after first fight ))

most of forum was picking Usyk losing by KO before round 7, saying he has no place in HW after Chisora fight.

I respect the honesty of AJ, think he's a great guy and I believed the same thing before he even made the statement. I can't picture him winning the rematch and think he gets stopped, but would I rule out an AJ upset? Absolutely not. With his physical gifts and power, he can easily knock out any man with the right shot. AJ is a live dog and it's still a blockbuster matchup.

Joshua has been training and approaching the sport with the wrong philosophy since the aftermath of Ruiz I.

That is why I state, not matter what he thinks? I don't think he was a 100%.

He can win all the rematches he gets. Good for him.
Bottom line is he got beat by Ruiz and he got beat by Usyk.
As for your 2nd statement that “AJ has been training and approaching the sport with the wrong philosophy since Ruiz 1”, I guess you know him better than his team and even himself, “no matter what he thinks”, right?

When he gets beat again, I’m guessing “he’s going to win the rematch by stoppage”, yet again?
Got ya, that’s all I need to understand. Great!
