Marquez had a close fight with Barrera and was dropped and hurt in the fight and that was Barrera fighting at a slow measured pace. Prime Barrera would run him out of the ring with his intensity.

When the more intense better Pacquaio who hits much harder and has 4 times the speed from a year ago couldn't? Also Barerra was hurt in that fight numerous times, and was out on his feet when he scored that Hail mary KD. Albiet the fact that Marquez was past it himself.

Barrera is not wreckless like Pac and he is a totally different fighter anyway there is just no comparison. Barrera beat McKinney, Mkinney knocked Jones out, Hamed beat Ingle and Ingle beat Jones and you know Barrera would beat Ingle. Triangle theory means nothing.

Barrera vs Marquez is like Hopkins vs Calzaghe, you know the outcome would be the other way around in their prime. Barrera was not even trying because he thought he had the fight won and it was still a close where he knocked JMM down.

I have not seen that fight yet but kinda avoided it because you said it was so boring. The Norwood fight is terrible to.

I watched his fights with Peden, Medina recently, they were pretty good watches. Peden was sick in the corner because of the body shots he was taking.

Come on man. That John fight was even clearer than teh Norwood fight. No one can tell me John won that fight, he didn't. Also fights between two counterpunchers tend to be boring.

I have no idea how you can say that Marquez was the clear winner. From what i remember HBO had it by 1 round or maybe 2 but its been a while since i saw it, but there is not doubt it was a very close fight.
