I don't know why I get a feeling that Gibbons comes across as a snake oil salesmen, a bit devious.

Anyway, Cruz would be a tough fight for Ryan Garcia, who is lately more a social media star, going in a Jake Paul direction, when he should be fighting big fights.

Gibbons and Issac Cruz are PBC ******, Haymon controls them, they are trying to get Garcia to cross over on their side of the street like they did with Canelo and have been asking Crawford to do since years.

Oscar is FOS! He knows who Sean Gibbons is! If he really wanted this fight, he would've contacted Gibbons on the phone, and not Issac Cruz, via Twitter!!! I knew this whole thing was FUGAZI, another "Sign the contract," which doesn't exist! Ryan Garcia, you are the weakest link! Lol!

yet Cruz is the one who actually stepped in the ring with Davis while Garcia only pretended to want to fight him. If history has taught us anything, Oscar is full of sh** and Garcia has shown no real desire to be anything more than a social media whore who bails on fights.

I already knew this fight wasn't coming into fruition . its all smoke and mirrors at least pbc makes fights official instead of going on and on about it til nothing comes of it .

He was offered a 3 fight deal for 100$ knowing full well the one fight with AJ at the time it was being discussed probably would have bank rolled him 80 for the one fight. So get off your promotional outfit hysterics and read up to provide factual information.
No ones on a promotional outfit "hysterics" dumbass. Those PBC fighters turning down those offers are Facts. I'm well aware Wilder turned down $20mil for his mandatory before 2 x $40 million dollar purses for 2 fights with Joshua. Those are FACTS.....your "probably would've bank rolled him $80 mil" now thats purely based on emotions isnt.

Jesus christ dude lol,Sean Gibbons has pretty much admitted they recieved an offer on his Twitter!! It's there for you to see over at the other thread. Your whole narrative that Ryan couldn't possibly want to fight this "monster' Cruz got **** on...but this heartbreak for you shall pass,it's not that big of a deal and neither is Cruz.

Instead of building on what little momentum Cruz has, before he gets his crude ass beat, this idiot is going to prevent him from making a great purse what supposedly by the lot of you should be an easy fight. He isn't a draw and has no belts to offer anyone So tell me, what better options does PBC,because that's who's really in control of his team, have for him to be turning down a Ryan fight? After that scare,Tank already said "hell no" to a rematch....so who?

"Cruz is aligned with Premier Boxing Champions and his main handler is Sean Gibbons, but De La Hoya did not specify to whom, among Cruz’s representatives, he offered the deal."

"Only three days earlier, on Jan. 3, De La Hoya had reached out to Cruz directly on Twitter, saying, “congratulations on your fight with Tank Davis…we are ready to make you a great offer.”

De La Hoya’s comments, however, contradict the statements made by Golden Boy Promotions president Eric Gomez in a recent interview. “No … I don't think so,” Gomez told Chris Mannix when asked if he felt that Cruz was an ideal opponent for Garcia’s comeback. “…I'd rather do a softer fight. So right now, we are going to him and talking to him about potential opponents, but he'll be back in either March or April."

Offers don't come via Twitter! If you really wanted to make the fight, you call the promoter, Sean Gibbons, and then you fax over a contract! This is Oscar's way of telling Ryan, "Hey, I tried to make the fight, but Cruz turned it down!" Then, as Eric Gomez said, they're going to find him a softer touch, just as they planned anyway! Ryan Garcia is definitely THE WEAKEST LINK!
