Joyce became the mandatory on July 20th . WBA hasn’t had one in years and falls under unified champion rules not single belt holders they cannot skip another mandatory.they will go along with other sanctioned bodies and accept a written petition. Again not thinking before you post twice today now which I guess is good for you ?

The bet is simple. Either the next WBA heavyweight mandatory fight takes place before the next IBF or WBO heavyweight mandatory fight or it doesn't. If the next WBA heavyweight mandatory takes place before the IBF and WBO, or the unified champion is stripped by the WBA for refusing to make a mandatory defense before the IBF and WBO, you must apologize to me. If the IBF or WBO ends up being next, I will quit this site.

But I know for a fact Joyce is next before the WBA and Warren controls DDD as well who is a huge favorite taking the mandatory spot so is he going to argue with himself over two fighters he’s associated with after stating he’s pushing for Joyce who’s been mandatory for 6 months now already ?
