Valderon has boxing skill, why not use it,, theres a demographic for boxing too, not just slugging it out, I firmly enjoy watching Calderon box circles

He did great.. the problem is that only a counter puncher can beat calderon. Cazares and Mayol had the wrong strategy. The best rounds for Mayol were when he was not as agressive and he let calderon stay within reach and not pressing him. I think thats how you beat calderon he is just too slick.

Calderon should test his skills with Mijares, or Vic, maybe Nonare so I can win more points from Lady fan he will lose but losing isnt a problem, he is the best of the best time for him to do everyone proud and showcase his talent in a big game. HE will lose but to WHO, not this bum Mayol lol

Ok, that is a valid point but pressuring calderon will not beat him no matter how good the opposition is. He thrives of that pressure. Only a slick and power puncher could beat calderon.
