Casuals are mad their hero wasn’t everything they claimed he was, lol.

It has always been obvious with the following reasons:

    1. As soon as he had to fight real boxers, he suddenly became “past his prime” at age 24, lol. The only boxer in history who was past his prime by age 24.

    2. They claimed to wasted $300m and went broke. No matter how ****** you’re - you don’t lose that kind of money like that. So it shows that though he made that money on paper due to all the stuffs involved behind the scene - he was only given a fraction of that money.

Wilder is also the same. Wilder vs Malik Scott = Mike Tyson vs Bruce Seldon.

There was an interview with Don King in the Sunday Times in which he was asked about Tyson's $300m and where it had gone. 'Strange things happen when a man who can't read meets a man who can count,' was his answer.

Tyson beat several champions before he lost to Douglas

        1. Alfosno Ratliff (former WBC and lineal cruiserweight champion)
        2. Trevor Berbick (reigning WBC heavyweight champion)
        3. James "Bonecrusher" Smith (reigning WBA heavyweight champion)
        4. Pinklon Thomas (former WBC heavyweight champion)
        5. Tony Tucker (reigning IBF heawyweight champion)
        6. Larry Holmes (former WBC, IBF, Ring, and Lineal heavyweight champion)
        7. Tony Tubbs (former WBA heavyweight champion)
        8. Michael Spinks (reigning Ring Magazine and Lineal heavyweight champion, former undisputed light heavyweight champion)
        9. Frank Bruno (future WBC heavyweight champion)

Even if he retired then and there, he's a Hall of Famer.

Look at that pathetic line up
Those names are so sad, even Wilder would be undisputed
Temporary champs at best. How many defenses did they have ?

The best name was Holmes and he knew he was out of shape at the time but ''took the money''.

Mike's own handlers knew his window of success was small.
Fed him a bunch of easy wins.

People discredit Mike Tyson but ignorance is bliss IMO. He was a 5' 10" or 11" 215 pound heavyweight that could beat ANY heavyweight in history on any given night or vice versa. That puts him in an elite company. We wont see another Mike Tyson for many years if ever. Mike wasnt past prime at 23 either he just wasn't dedicated anymore. The lifestyle and personal demons ruined his momentum just like it has many great fighters in history. Great response to an ignorant thread. Haters are always gonna hate.

Tyson is probably the most overrated and over-mythologised figure in boxing that there is thanks to casuals, but to go in the opposite direction and say that he was actually garbage and a fraud is a total overreaction. He was still one of the most devastating heavyweights there ever was.

The only credential Mike Tyson will ever, ever need is that he was fkn 18 years old and won a portion of the heavyweight championship. Most fighters at that age, specifically heavyweights have had 2 professional fights and then go home and play Xbox until their manager tells them they are fighting in 8 months. Tyson's resume may not be legendary, but the excitement and anticipation he brought to the sport is still unmatched to this day.

I'll give that video a watch later. Where did you find that channel? Odd to me how much anti-Tupac stuff there is on there. I turned one video on and no joke, the edit and vibe seems demonic to me! Some Illuminati type ish! Freakay! I'll watch the Tyson one later, just got some errands to run.
