I don’t know if a Spence win alone is going to carve him a place at the ATG table. A HOF’er yes. To be ATG he would need to clean out 147 and maybe even 154.

Unified, 135, Undisputed at 140 and if he finishes his career undefeated, a definite 1st ballot HOFer. ATG is a stretch if them protected boys stay duckin, specifically Spence. Errol btw is not an atg nor a 1st ballot HOFer at this point. If Crawf moves up to 154 and wins a belt and retires undefeated then i can MAYBE see a case made as an atg.

So if people downplay nel o it's a case of just how much do you deny bud in comparison
I just see so many double standards from fans on here who say that Canelo winning undisputed is legacy but when Bud did it it was nothing

of course undisputed is good. But standards for nel o is higher. Nel o fights cws and it's a cherry pick? Bud wouldn't step up to 160 or 168 and fight weakest champs, there's not a champ weak enough for bud.
Yes, buds undisputed is good but buds not fighting good fighters nearly as often as nel o is.

Not an atg but definitely a really good boxer. He's more accomplished than Spencer that's for sure. Spencer honestly needs Crawford more than Crawford needs him. Spencer has no solid win. Nothing but Thurman leftovers and mickey garcia

Not a double standard at all Canelo just has a much better resume. Legacy is the whole career combined not this guy got undisputed so did this guy so they are the same level doesn't work that way. Bottom line is Terrance needs more names on his resume that's all there is to it.

He's an all-time great, ability wise, but with no Great wins he doesn't rank high on any lists of the greatest fighters of the modern era. If he beats Boots or Ortiz I don't think anybody would question his greatness however, because beating a brilliant hungry KO artist young gun being in his mid-30s is still a hell of an achievement. I really hope we see Spence vs Bud at 147 though. If Spence moves up without fighting him even though the fight is there to be made it's a shameful duck.

Yes. Crawford is already an ATG but that's a crowded room already. He needs to start fighting the big names to stand out from the ATG crowd. Eventhough he has the skills, he's getting old and time is not on his side.

If Crawford retires rightnow, his name will be forgotten because he never fought anyone worth remembering.

yeah, I'm sure his biggest wins over Indongo, Gamboa, a washed Kell Brooke, Horn, and Porter 30 years from now will have everyone talking..
