Come on now dude,no its not. Barrios was already thoroughly beaten by a small club level fighter in Akmedov.Barrios only had the size/reach advantage over Tank and those alone gave Tank some serious issues before Tanks power bailed him out.

Ryan is nearly as big,has more power,more speed,better boxing ability,better jab...just about every boxing attribute he has is far better than Barrios's. You guys talk about Garcias tendency to pull straight back,which is true and hopefully reynoso can correct that but Tanks defensive isn't that great either. He favors his straight left and uppercut which leaves him wide open for left hand counters as his right hand is rarely in position to protect himself.Look at how many left hand counters Cruz was landing on him,must've been atleast a dozen times.Tank swollen right eye said as much and Cruz is as feather fisted as they come. What do you think happens when he gets countered by Garcias lightning quick left hand bomb instead of Cruz's? Garcias has perfected that left hook counter his whole life and will see that opening a mile away. Campbell was smart enough and had the boxing acumen to avoid it for the first 6rds and kept his right glove glued to his face. Garcia saw that,adjusted and went to the body and that was that.

A lot of you guys think he's just has a left hook but if watch the fight against Campbell,who himself is a well schooled boxer with great fundamentals,Garcia was boxing him pretty well. He had a pretty good jab going which set up some really great straight rights by Garcia. I get the hate for the kid,he's a douchy twat,I agree but the hate has really blinded his haters from the actual talent/skill the kid has.

We're not talking about his skill, only whether beating Campbell, was more impressive than beating Barrios! Barrios was a BIG Jr. WW, which is why is he is now a full size WW! For Tank to get the KO was more impressive! Akhmedov is a real threat to anyone @ 140! That's why you see very few fighters challenging him! I think Barrios would KO Garcia @ 140!

We'll see how Garcia does vs. Issac Cruz, I hope! However, the sad reality is that we could've seen Tank vs. Garcia after the Campbell fight, but Ryan was the one who f'd that up!
