As you say, Garcia didn't want that fight. I don't think he believes he can beat Haney. I think he is the weakest of the bunch. And I really don't see why he believes he can beat Davis in 2 rounds, let alone at all lol.

Imo Garcia shouldn't even be in included as one of "the bunch".

The top 4 @ 135, in no particular order: Haney, Davis, Loma, Kambosos. Following on you've got Diaz, Cruz, Fortuna etc. Until Garcia actually fights and beats some of these guys he just isn't there.

And everyone else...Tank,Haney and Garcia haven't proven they belong in that tier yet. Garcia's KO win over Campbell was more impressive than any of Tanks or Haneys win to date. Should Garcia and Tank ever step in the ring together Garcia will spark that little bulkdyke clean out. Confident in that prediction enough to place a little friendly $$ wager if anyone's game.

Just read it, and he's spot on! However, what Garcia does have, is power and a fan base! That's what's separating him from a "Euro Bum!" I don't know why Haney vs. Garcia can't happen in 2022! It's the easiest fight to make @ 135! Both on DAZN! Why haven't we got Garcia vs. Linares yet? If Oscar can get a fight with Pitbull (which remains to be seen), from PBC, then I know they're ducking Haney for sure!

Don't sleep on "Ali" Rivera! Looks like a real player @ 135! If Pitbull does not fight Garcia, I hope he fights Rivera! I hope and expect Colbert & Shakur to be at 135 by Winter 2022! Those should be nice additions!

Come on now dude,no its not. Barrios was already thoroughly beaten by a small club level fighter in Akmedov.Barrios only had the size/reach advantage over Tank and those alone gave Tank some serious issues before Tanks power bailed him out.

Ryan is nearly as big,has more power,more speed,better boxing ability,better jab...just about every boxing attribute he has is far better than Barrios's. You guys talk about Garcias tendency to pull straight back,which is true and hopefully reynoso can correct that but Tanks defensive isn't that great either. He favors his straight left and uppercut which leaves him wide open for left hand counters as his right hand is rarely in position to protect himself.Look at how many left hand counters Cruz was landing on him,must've been atleast a dozen times.Tank swollen right eye said as much and Cruz is as feather fisted as they come. What do you think happens when he gets countered by Garcias lightning quick left hand bomb instead of Cruz's? Garcias has perfected that left hook counter his whole life and will see that opening a mile away. Campbell was smart enough and had the boxing acumen to avoid it for the first 6rds and kept his right glove glued to his face. Garcia saw that,adjusted and went to the body and that was that.

A lot of you guys think he's just has a left hook but if watch the fight against Campbell,who himself is a well schooled boxer with great fundamentals,Garcia was boxing him pretty well. He had a pretty good jab going which set up some really great straight rights by Garcia. I get the hate for the kid,he's a douchy twat,I agree but the hate has really blinded his haters from the actual talent/skill the kid has.
