For the obscure fighter, a belt is a path to getting some money. For the superstars, a belt is fun trinket to hang on the wall as they rake in the cash.

GGG is extremely popular and would be the biggest fight to make for the biggest selling star in the sport (Canelo). GGG and Beterbiev should never be mention in the same breath when it comes to crossover success.
Who can Beterbiev and Bivol make more money with at 175 lbs besides each other?

    This duck makes no sense.

Considering no one is willing to put up any money to make that fight, there is currently no money in those two fighting each other for either guy. Zero.

As I said before, Arum is planning on matching Beterbiev with Smith Jr next year if Smith gets by Danny Jacobs. in the meantime, Arum and Hearn both are waiting to see if Canelo comes calling for either guy.

Those are the plays. Beterbiev-Bivol is not in the equation.

Joe Smith isn't boring like Bivol, right?

Easier said than done. Beterbiev waisted so many years with another scum Ivone Michelle from Canada. He can't allow to have his career end like that with arum

Fk Al Haymon he is every bit as toxic as Bob Arum
Haymon had nothing to do with Bivol and Bieterbiev. Notice he made a fight with Bieterbiev with Browne. It’s Arum that is refusing.

Deontay has nothing to do with this either. Why you keep bringing up black men in this thread is strange given this thread involves Arum, Bivol, Bieterbiev and Hearn.

Regarding Deontay, that advice was sound because DAZN defaulted on all their big contracts, a point you and others conveniently forget to point out.

They defaulted on which big contracts? And Mr Haymon didn't mention Floyd's training camp money because of the future. They claimed it was a seriously good offer but they wanted to do it on PPV so millions of Americans could watch it.

You twisting and turning sunny Jim but you are just spin and propaganda, in short you are talking bollocks as usual.

Yes, I see those as the plays, although not sure where Jacobs comes into it? I thought it was possible arum was going to put Smith in with Beterbiev if he got past Johnson. That would unify three titles and highly likely it might be enough to lure Canelo.

Didn’t quite read or hear Beterbiev or his team say they don’t want any part of Bivol
Can you share this fact ?

Tell you what , make the fight with Bivol in Montreal and you’ll get 15000 at the fight
You’d even have douchebag Michel pushing sales since he’s still a co-promoter with the Bobfather
