    They’re definitely risks.

Its not a foregone conclusion that he wins those, by any means, but I reckon he’ll unify 175, albeit by relying on at least two sets of judge’s scorecards.

Typical. Canelo fights everyone but the real threats at the time they're still threats. Yeah Usyk is bigger but so is Makabu. Usyk can make 200 lbs no problem. This is the only real test for Canelo, the only opponent I'm interested to see Canelo fight. Even when Usyk loses to Joshua or Fury, that's just even more reason for him to move back to 200 for Canelo. Canelo's team didn't want him to fight Lara (supposedly, anyway) and he's the one who told them "I'm fighting Lara." I expect the same from Canelo now.

Why not Edie? If Canelo fights at cruiserweight, why not Usyk, if he ever went down in weight?

Going back down would affect Usyk, not in a good way, and I give Canelo a chance, although wouldn't make him the betting favourite.

Reynoso making his fighter look a bit bad, 'cos Frank Sanchez even said Canelo can win a heavyweight title. I think he can beat Wilder and a few others, Wilder is damaged goods.

He wouldn't beat Fury though, and can he beat Benavidez, I don't know, would love to see that fight.

Just mentioned the heavyweights, seeing as Canelo is sparring with them, and apparently impressively. That, and the poor state of the heavyweight division.

Usyk was willing to fight Shawn Porter at 168lbs, Why can’t he go back down and fight Canelo at 168?

That’s because Canelo is not even a cruiserweight fighter. He barely even belongs at 168 . Stop being ignorant

Roy Jones went up to heavyweight and avoided all the top champions and went for the weakest one in John Ruiz. Go shed on him too

"Frank is ranked at number four in the WBC and within the top five of the other organizations". Wtf? Amazing what a win over Ajagba can do when you´re connected.

Well there it is from the horses mouth. Confirmation that Canelo and his team only want to fight the very weakest at cruiserweight and then run back to super middleweight and see that as some kind of achievement. Thanks for letting us know what a waste of time the Makubu fight is.

Canelo is too small for 168 and you guys are bitching about his trainer not considering a fight with the unified hw champion?

Dude is 5'8'' he doesn't belong anywhere near 200 lbs and will challenge one of the champions and still some are complaining about.
