You know, I'm starting to think it may not be management issues that are holding him back. When you've had this long of a career and had several promotions and you're still having problems getting a meaningful fight, something else might be up. Granted the BJS wasn't his fault so I'll give him that, but there's got to be more behind the scenes that we aren't getting.
