But if he sticks around long enough, he can try and get someone coming up from 154 or one of the current champs. Realistically, his biggest names to fight at 168 would only be Benavidez and he’s losing that…and then whoever moves up from 160 chasing Canelo or vacant titles. At 160, he still keeps SOME leverage because he can always move up to 68 for the right fight.

If Charlo moves to 68 which I suspect he will, try to take that vacant title. Stay champ until you cant anymore if you have no other leverage. For someone like Andrade, I think thats his best shot

I think back in 2016 I said he was the worst managed name-fighter in all of boxing. Sadly, nothing has changed in another 5 years. He should still stay at 160 unless he has the specific aim of fighting either Plant or Benavidez at 168.

Maybe it’s easier to secure Plant now that he lost his 0 but BJS is retired barring one specific fight and Callum is gone. 160 was better if he could comfortably make weight IMO. Forget about Canelo it isnt happening. Too far outside the radar, too many other fights we’d rather see.
The two you mentioned there at 160, have both avoided him. That's the whole point of him moving up.

GGG is a big fight, but I guess after Jacobs nearly knocked his block off, he has been avoiding Black Americans since.

Andrade vs Charlo was one of the biggest fights that was denied to fans. How can this be regarded as real a sport?

Andrade lies lies and lies lol.

he ducked charlo already. He fights more nobodies than any champion in boxing. He’s actually pretty good but he has severely mismanaged his career

Welp, guess Schmanelo is going to train for the Olympics now...They'll make a division for him I'm the Olympics...one of the stipulations will be, " we'll protect you from Boo-Boo as long as you fight all of the Olympians from all the "stan" countries

Andrade fights on DAZN. Golovkin fights on DAZN.

Assuming they each win their next fights why can't they just unify against each other?

canelo, charlo brothers, golovkin and munguia won't fight him. benavidez is going the wbc route at 168. the only other "name" fighter at 160 and 168 is lara, who is avoided himself. either fight lara, fight stay busy fights and accumulate money or retire. those are his options. i guess he can wait one or two more years and move up to fight zach parker or someone else for the vacant wbo title. that way he could become a 3 division beltholder but meh.
