When Tommy went on Love Island, it was to do his own thing, prob get into modelling. he was trending on uk social media every other day..and that show is huge. You had hollywood actresses into it and meeting some of the other guys from that later.
Tommy was doing his own thing. He had his spot on itv (a terrestrial tv channel) along with his gf.

He was basically doing perfectly fine without his brother and he didnt need boxing. Guy has 4.4m insta followers. He makes money.

The issue is that Tyson lovvvvves the attention in a narcissistic manner. So first he took over itv by making it about the fury family. Putting his wife on it. Getting a reality tv show.

Then he called out jake paul when he was trending, by saying "you vs my brother" but that was basically fury's way of relegating his brother beneath him again, aswell as his way of gaining exposure from that audience.

Tommy wanted to get away from all that circus and be alone training with his dad....but oh wait...tyson took over that gym too.

Dont forget, tyson had it his way coming up. Thats why he developed so well. Tommy wanted that but it was impossible. He would train in the gym as a kid and the cameras were drawn to him.

Plus, going back to love island, normally id never watch such garbage. When he went on it, maura the matchroom ringcard girl was on there..i started watching clips and got into it. I must say it was effing entertaining. Even john fury was laughing at the things that went on.
tommy showed enough about himself in there to show he really does better without his brother around him.

i think tommy should go and join peter fury and get away from the bs. Hughie was also in a similar situation but he is naturally quiet, introverted and didnt want that attention or hype. He wasnt allowed to develop his own way and take his time.

I can’t lie, I watched that series just because Tommy was on it, and it was damn entertaining TV. I love the clip where a new guy came in and told Tommy that AJ lost to Ruiz.

Lol. If it happens Tommy will lose. Tyson and John need to stop pressuring him with BS. They know he's got no extensive amateur background, no real boxing ability. Its much closer to 50/50 than they like to admit. If happens Tommy cannot afford to lose, Jake can. I'd rather see this than another retired MMA fighter.

Imagine we got to watch a boxing version....bunch of random boxers with equal male and female thrown in. The closest we get to that was the matchroom bubble with babic literally groping ebanie bridges, his gf showing up and actually being nicer than ebanie and then babic proposing.
i tried to watch that winter version of LI that came later and it was crap. No plans on watching it again anytime soon.

Btw that was an amazing summer in general. The amount of depressing shhh that happened since inc caroline flack committing suicide.

A boxing version would be amazing, seeing team Kelly and team Avanesyan fighting then playing pool hahahaaha. I’ve not been able to watch another series of it since either, and agreed again the worlds all been downhill since that summer

No i didnt say tyson needed his brother. I said tyson needs constant attention and is a narcissist. I compared him to james corden before. He is in every nook and crannybegging for attention.
Speaking of aj, when aj vs whyte did better ppv numbers than tyson vs wlad (and both were done by sky sports) and that too after fury did those batman antics), how did fury respond? Went into an 2 yr depression where he was hating on aj constantly. "Bu but nut hugger doee".

When tyson got his 20m a fight espn deal, he was making all about aj. "Ive got a better contract than aj, aj is with some platform no one has heard of, im with the bjggest in the world"

When Tommy wanted to privately train with his dad and concentrate on boxing...what did tyson do? Jumped in. Got the whole jake paul thing rolling off his own name. Tommy didnt seel that. Basically relegated his brother. Started inviting him to parties in the US.

Oh and "tommy only got through cuz of his brother". So how did tyson get through? Talent...hard work. How would tyson have fared if he had an older successful brother and a circus atmosphere around him? Point is tommy wants to do his own thing and has done it very well. A lot of brits didnt even know who tyson was when they were watching tommy on Li btw. He was polular off his own back in there. Plus they only look for generic 20 something good looking peoole..he didnt need to be Tyson's brother to go on there.

Paul should tell Tommy Fury to go kick rocks. In the promotion leading up to the scheduled fight, Fury did a horrible job of promoting it and didn’t carry his share of the load - he’s an absolute flatliner with a lot of muscles with no charisma. Paul should take several months off and fight Silva in summer 2022 - then one of the UFC guys able to get themselves free from Boss Hogg’s (Dana White’s) clutches.
