Zurdo Ramirez is HIGHLY Overlooked at LHW. He's the biggest Threat to Canelo at 175

Huh? He just went life and death with a journeyman. I saw someone with avg power and speed, and very very poor defense which resulted in putting his head on a platter and getting rocked and hurt multiple times. He has good work rate, size and fighting instinct but in terms of ability, just average. It would not be an easy fight for Canelo but Zurdo would be very very beatable.

He is not elite. Benavidez destroys him, and probably Beterbiev. I heard a lot of hype about him especially being 43-0 but I was not impressed with his last fight at all.

Jean Pascal, even old, was better than Zurdo.

Joe Smith is the same tier opponent as Zurdo.

      EDIT:
He was also supposed to fight Badou Jack, but Jack took the Stevenson fight instead.

Another guy who squandered his career. Avoided the best at 168 and likely won’t fight the best at 175. If he chashes out against Canelo you’ll never see him again. Another never-was.

the X-Factor from Zurdo Ramirez is that he's WAY BETTER at 175 than his performances at 168. The power is there. He can box, has great pivoting defensively, got a IRON CHIN, good body work, REACH, and will go to WAR if needs be.
Zurdo is a hypejob bum. Granted I'd rather anyone at lhw fight him than who they been. But dude is getting old & hasn't fought a single live body

My thing was he never even looked that great against "good" competition, he fought who, Jesse Hart and a corpse of Yunieski Gonzalez, who was never even that good to begin with, and struggled at times against both?

I've seen nothing to show me he has a chance against Beterbiev, Bivol or Canelo. I don't even know if I'd bet on him to beat Smith, Browne, Jack.

Dumb, even for you. Beterbiev and Bivol.

The OP is either fangirl or delusional as fkuck. Zurdos last fight showed that he would get murdered by Beterbiev with such defense and boxed the ears off by Bivol not even debatable

LMAO. All the Zurdo hate because I said he beats the currents Champions there. We should start there first. Canelo busy doing yo-yo weights, but fans of Bivol and Beterbiev are skurrrred of Zurdo!

As soon as Zurdo handles Cubans he is discredited. Many of you don’t understand boxing and the techniques. Zurdo is REALLY good for his frame. He is athletic and WAY MORE slippery than Callum Smith. Those physical attributes are important when you’re that tall. Zurdo makes Benavidez and Smith pure robots.

so when I say Zurdo is a serious threat to Canelo, you guys need to listen to your master advisor! “First I wanna thank Thuglife Nelo”

Beterbiev would just knock him the fugh out
I do remember you were one of the first guys to continually say that Bertbiev is a monster.
Im glad hes getting some recognition now and hope he gets the Canelo fight.
