The difference between Kambosos being as much of an under dog to Teo as Cruz was to Tank is Kambosos was a mandated fight for world titles. Teo didn't pick Kambosos he was mandated to fight him. Can you say the same for Tank, did some governing body rule that Tank had to fight Cruz? Or Romero?

Triangle theories are not how we judge quality opposition. Styles make fights, not previous opponents.

Not sure what his game plan is moving forward. If he won’t fight Loma, Kambosos, Lopez, or Haney at 135, and won’t go near Taylor at 140, then who is he fighting? Ryan Garcia is the only name left that can sell fights.

Too many complications for this fight to even get into negotiation phase.
For one, it's outside of the US and TMT can't be the one dictating terms,
which is a no no for Mr Floyd/Haymon/PBC, what have you.
Unless, of course, PBC makes bigger offer than the one available
for Kambosos down under. Waste of time even thinking about this fight.

More realistic fights to make for Tank are with Garcia, Haney,
would be a miracle if they'll even consider Loma.
