I'm a Fury fan, but for sure Whyte is a better opposition then Helenius, or Otto Wallin.
Whyte deserves a shot, but he is not a tough opponent

The casinos give him a 18% chance to beat Fury

So you think that Whyte doesn't beat both Helenius and Otto Wallin?
Against Fury he wont even get near Tyson let alone win.Comment

Most fans and experts do NOT agree with you.Whyte is very difficult to outbox early, he slows down by the mid-rounds due to poor stamina, but I would not be surprised at all if he upset Fury. He has the skills and power to easily take this fight. Boxing fans are just being boxing fans, always putting guys on pedestals.
Vegas odds makers give Whyte an 18% chance of winning.
And that's a fact!Comment

Well they probably going to fight.
Unlike you I'm betting BIG on Fury.
Why don't you do the same for Whyte.
Then we post our slips.
Don't talk! Put your $$$$ up. Unless you don't REALLY believe Whyte will win.
Peace of advice. Don't put money on Whyte. Unless you don't want it...Last edited by Shadoww702; 01-01-2022, 05:28 PM.Comment

Yeah, there were two fights. The second was 3 and a half years after the first, but it showed how far Tyson Fury had came on in that time. He was 3 times the fighter he was in 2011. The first fight was a lot more competitive, and a different style of fight. Fury won clearly like 117-111, but the rounds were much more competitive. I'm not certain Chisora landed a glove in the rematch, and this was before Chisora vs Whyte 1, which is a fight I, and most, felt Chisora won. Nash out.Bit fat and slow for Tyson, bit too close to Chisora in like...every way. Pretty sure Tyson beats him without much different than the Chisora fights....there was two right? **** I only remember one. The snoozer one that was so easy for Tyson he was asking the ref when dude's gonna call it.Comment

Fury would be huge favourite against anyone at this point, but he is very vulnerable, he's been knocked down multiple times recently and his last fight was a war.
Whyte is limited, it 'feels like' he will just get outboxed like Chisora, but does anyone think Fury will just 'box' again now? He's fallen in love with his power... And that brings with it risks that can threaten him. He's going come into range and scrap. It will probably work, but the reason it was so effective v Wilder is because Wilder has weak legs and relies on range.
Whyte has a huge hook (body and head) and overhand right, both of which we've seen land on Fury and trouble him, particularly the overhand right. Whyte will love throwing that and if Fury isn't defensively awake or underestimates it, you could say the way the OP has, it'll be shock in the making. Plus he's a lot stronger than Wilder.
I don't think any of the names pose more threat than Whyte, they are all too inexperienced and will probably fall apart before they walk to the ring. Dillian would come to fight and will swing until he cannot swing anymore.
It's the best fight to make outside AJ/Usyk. Not that Fury wouldn't be huge favourite. But there's a threat level there if he's not 100%.Last edited by M312; 01-01-2022, 07:18 PM.Comment
