Well I'd imagine so. But that still doesn't entitle Ortiz to one, ranked 10th. And why would Martin fight an eliminator instead of a final eliminator? It means he's setting himself up for, not the next mandatory but the one after. Martin is 35 now and needs to get a move on if he ever wants another title shot. So he should just get on with fighting Hrgovic. This all comes down once again to the PBC in-house policy, and how it's holding back these guys careers.

Agree 100% mate the in house fights etc are just terrible for the sport. None of them want to fight Hrgovich lol. I think the only reason this will be called an ‘eliminator’ is to try and convince casuals it’s a decent/important fight and worth PPV, when really it’s a ****e fighter vs a senior citizen

Yeah lol. It's actually a decent match up I think, but it's nowhere near PPV. So yeah I think your right, that its just to try and help sell it.

Martin’s win over Washington was an eliminator for the IBF #2. Nobody would fight Hrgovic in his eliminator so I don’t know what happens next. Parker is next in line & has said he would fight Hrgovic so let’s see if that is what is next. Parker vs Hrgovic as IBF #3 & 4 face the winner of Ortiz/Martin in final eliminator later in the year.

Fury has great defense and still got hit, hurt and.dropped by Wilder's right hand. Martin would not last two rounds. He is slow and plods, he has no real technic.
