How about the obvious choice being to actually fight and beat a couple of even fringe world class opponents and hoping to get a fight for the real world title against Fury down the road?

I thought the winner of Bryan/Charr would become the mandatory challenger for the WBA belt. I don’t think King is even remotely thinking about Dubois unless he is absolutely certain Bryan can win. Dubois has Hunter, Helenius & Hughie Fury right behind him looking to more up. Those 4 should have a box off to get the next mandatory position. Down the road

That wouldn’t benefit Warren both fighters he promotes why cancel each other out . Having DDD fight multiple fights would risk a loss somewhere so he doesn’t need to with his ranking . Fury not fighting Whyte also gives him a clear path to undisputed,it’s why team Fury are deciding to stall it for clearly an easier fight ,they’ve also ruled out Joyce so we know what’s going on , they’re strategically giving themselves the best advantages .
