Stop with the BS. Brook held on for dear life, he was constantly grappling and holding. Even the UK commentary scored the fight for Porter. That fight was very close.

You’re another guy, who just ain’t man enough to admit you were wrong and give Crawford the credit he’s earned.

I used to criticise Crawford’s 147 run too, but when he stepped up and beat Porter far more impressively than anyone else did, I gave him his dues. You can’t deny what’s right in front of you…

No doubt! That fight will be a huge event. It will be like Leonard/Hagler or Tyson/Holyfield all over again. Two of the biggest fights of the past 30 years or so.

It’s the closest thing to Leonard-Hearns in the modern era for me, two top elite Welterweights who’s styles will no doubt gel for a great fight IMO.

He got the win but I wasn’t impressed. And I’m a fan of Crawford. He’s not my favorite fighter but I’m a fan. I like him a lot more than Porter who I’m not a fan off.

I believe that both fighters will move up to 154 next year after that fight happens.
my gut feeling is 154 would suit Spence a lot more than it would Bud...

Spence is just the bigger guy with bigger things on the horizon...

Spence doesn't need Bud as much as Bud needs Spence !

I think he does, the majority of the Boxing world is looking at Spence as a bit of a duck job when it comes to Crawford, you can only hide and push BS narratives for so long before we get to the point were it can't be hidden any more and this is where we are at with Spence right now.

This is one of the most wanted fights of the last 5 years. If Spence avoids it and moves up to 154 this is going to be a stigma that he is well and truly going to be stuck with. No matter what he achieves he will always be seen as the guy who ran from Crawford with Crawford always being considered a higher ranked P4P fighter and the guy who would of been the winner in a fight between him.

Spence needs Crawford just as much if not more than Crawford needs Spence, which is a bummer cuz Crawford beats Spence.

you make good points and appreciate your point of view...

I guess it would all depend on how Errol broke into 154 though..

if he got by the winner of Charlo/Castano II right out of the gates (like I think he might) Bud would be left out in the empty division..

                    and I disagree...

I think Errol would take Bud to school

Ha, you got a point. If Spence went balls to the wall and jumped straight in with Charlo or Castano then I think even I would forget all about the Crawford fight for a while. I can't lie, I love the idea of that. Don't get me wrong, I say what I say about Spence but I'm a fan.
