Comments Thread For: Hearn: If It Goes Past Four Rounds, Chisora Can Beat Deontay Wilder

Eddie Hearn, promoter for heavyweight veteran Derek Chisora, believes his fighter could still be a viable force in the weight class. Last weekend in Manchester, Chisora suffered a twelve round decision loss in his rematch with former WBO world champion Joseph Parker.

No. Maybe 6 years ago. Not now. However Chisora will give him some trouble before getting absolutely waxed.

I try not to disrespect people or anything, but Hearn is one sleazy mfer man. He really doesn't care at all about his fighters

Chisora got dropped numerous times by Parker man. Wilder could put Chisora to sleep for 2 mins in the ring, and none of us would be surprised. That's how little most people think of this matchup. You guys think Wilder took major damage in his fight with Fury? Shoot, if you want to see some damage, look at Chisoras past 10 years.

I like Chisora, he gives his all and has this "blood and guts" thing going. But someone has to protect him from Hearn man. Such a sleaze. There's no reason for Hearn to put him up against any fighter at this stage in his life. Most promoters, besides Hearn, know how badly shop-worn Chisora is. But Hearn would rather make a quick buck than prioritize the health of his fighters

All this clown does is use other promoters fighters that have absolutely no intention of doing business with him to prop his weak fighters smh

Nope. Wilder has shown to be dangerous from round 1 to 12, he almost slept Tyson Fury in round 12 of the first fight. Wilder would sleep Chisora in less than 4 rounds. And that’s cause im not a wilder fanboy like the rest of the ldbc lying dummies boxing community

Wilder will whitewash Chisora. I don't think Chisora will hear the bell for round 3.

It likely wouldnt go past 4 rounds though, and even if it did Del Boy still wouldnt see the final bell. His hitability combined with Wilders power and range is a recipe for disaster, and although hes durable its not like hes Joe Joyce.
