Oh no Hunter's chin is not even close. Parker's chin is right up there with the best chins in the business

The whole fight, I was saying to my missus that any serious boxer would have blown Chisora out within 3, as his game plan and defence were absolutely woeful.

The fact that Parker couldn’t KO him is partly down to the fact that Chisora’s hard as f***, but also the fact that Parker’s tank empties after 7-8 punches.

He is going nowhere, and the fact that he’s still considered one of the world’s best boxers by at least one organisation after back-to-back losses and substandard performances is perhaps a fitting microcosm of the shadiness in boxing. HW, in particular, is full of title contenders who remain so because of well connected promoters.
I bet your mrs had a brilliant night xD

But yeah the division is stagnating due to contracts & clauses blocking undesputed & other boxer's stepping up.
The division has been going sideways since 2018 & i mostly blame Rematchroom yet again blocking undesputed, your not 2 times if it's only half time.

Yep Del was knocked from pillar to post and down three times and still only lost by two rounds on David Alexander's score card!!

because Parker has always been a soft puncher that lacks a killer instinct and stamina, he was already out of gas before the 5th round.

LOL. She’s used to it, now. She could be in a coma and I’d still be holding court without noticing for the first 20 mins

That is an immensely flattering comment for Parker. I didn’t watch the fight but against Junior Fa he looked so sloppy.

I gotta say, after watching a recent interview on a podcast of Eddie Hearn, I like him as a promoter and person.

He can be brash, but he works hard, actually promotes, because he's a promoter, not like other promoters. Leonard Ellerbe got so upset saying he wants to fight Hearn. Why, because Eddie said Haney and Davis is a better fight than Davis-Cruz?

From the interview, it seems that PBC don't want to do business with him or anyone they think may be doing better promotions than them. That's why PBC likes to keep things in-house, with a few times exceptions.

If that was Parker getting rag dolled, they would have stopped it after the first knock down. Quick stop never crossed ref's mind, Chisora is a homey, he can take it.

A lot of people in this country fall into this kind of mentality around gregarious public figures.

I don’t doubt he how hard he might work, but since he’s not doing if for my benefit I see right past it.

Our interests as fans almost always conflict with the interests of promoters and boxers, otherwise, we’d be getting a higher quantity of top quality fights at reasonable prices.

For instance, Hearn’s cards are generally mediocre, full of mostly one-sided affairs, and with headliners and PPVs that are often underserving in order to extract max. value from fans. Hence, I can never celebrate him.
