Jake Paul can box a bit. He disguised that punch well. I heard a famous guy from his gym saying a while back he's pretty good considering how long he has been boxing. But the main thing here is Woodley is small. If I was Paul I would avoid any real boxer even Fury. Fury has been boxing for years. He's not that good but he doesn't need to be.

At the same time though you got a lot of real boxers avoiding people and cherry picking fights. Boxing is not a real sport. How many world champions does each weight division have?? It's about money too.

If the Paul Brother fought in the 1940s, they would have had Joe Louis and Sugar Ray Robinson as competitors (weight considerations aside in the case of SRR). What's hilarious is you thinking Joe Louis wouldn't murder both of them in the first round.

Someone like Ezzard Charles (who began pro in 1940) had fought 40 times as a pro by the time he was 25. Did he not put in enough work? Looking at footage of him fighting, I have little doubt he would wipe the floor with the Paul brothers and see no indication whatseover of your claims of "really bad form".

You might have missed the point of my post. I will spell it out. Jake Paul is no worse than the white ATG boxers of the early 1900s. The one’s that footage show they have the form of Ben Askren. I specifically named dropped Dempsey to give you a hint, or at least I thought. No I am not talking about every fighter of every style in the 1900s1940s. I am saying, the one’s that look like unathletic goof balls.

Exactly. Paul showed he “looks” the part of a boxer. Which is also what I said in the same post that you speak of. It is very difficult to actually get the hang of throwing, moving, defending like a skilled boxer, at least in looks/form. I said Paul “looks the part”. And that many forum members who are making fun of the Paul brothers would more than likely look a lot worst. More like Ben Askren than Jake Paul.
