Typical name dropping to promote himself. Nice to hear that he wants those names but in reality they will dig up Mike Alvarado from some drug den and face him instead. They will prop it as an experienced veteran fighter instead of a faded has been.

I'm in if Conner gets better, the more top fighters in a division the better.

Stranger things have happened than Broner pulling out ab A Grade performance and absolutely handling Benn, but he would be a dog in that fight for sure. Benn is getting better and better. Incredibly sharp boxer puncher now.

the Danny Garcia fight would be intriguing for sure. I’d back Danny there.

Mikey would get startched. Benn is obviously all in on training and boxing now, Mikey would get hurt I think

To anyone saying Benn shouldn’t fight Danny García because he might be in a difficult fight, I say: PRECISELY.

I’m not watching boxing for a peppermint tea drinking session, I’m watching it for big and tough fights.

So far, I mostly like what I’ve seen from Benn, but what’s the point in putting him in against carcasses? To make him look good?

Listen, that argument might work if you’re his promoter, but I’m not and I wanna see if he still looks good with a real test.

Broner is terrible. I’m not sold on Benn yet but that is an easy win. He will simply outwork broner who has no power at 147 to keep been off of him.

mikey is too small and would also lose.

danny would be a good test but I think benn needs an intermediate step between algeri and Garcia.

"if the one fight with an unmotivated, past his prime former American champ doesn't happen, I'd like to fight these other two unmotivated, past their prime former American champs..."

All joking aside, any of the three would be a sensible step up in competition for Benn. Of them, I think Garcia is probably the least unmotivated and most impressive. We've seen Garcia lose to Sandor and AB should have lost to Santiago in their most recent fights. At least Danny lost to Spence...

Fighting Broner proves nothing. Garcia may be a bigger bite than he can swallow.

None of these promoters are going to put their top prospects in with each other at this point.

That’s why Ennis is fighting guys coming off 2 losses in a row and Benn is fighting old faded names. Ortiz is fighting slightly better opposition but no killers, guys like Hooker who was getting smashed at 140 by Ramirez.

To be fair, I don’t put Benn in their class but I mean they’re all young prospects on the fringes, so none of them are jumping in with each other and their teams wouldn’t do it.

Benn’s team have already said he’s not ready those fighters, they’re not trying to even pretend they want those fights, so i have no problem with his potential next opponents. He’s gradually stepping up without diving head first into dangerous fights, No different to what the likes of Ennis and Ortiz are doing.
                Fair points.

Danny Garcia couldn’t make 147 even if you rigged the scale. That dude will never fight south of 154 and I’ll bet cash money he’s gonna struggle to make 154 easily. That melting down 35 pounds for each fight is wayyyyy harder later in life.

Well, o don't see Broner coming to UK and will.orobabky demand too much for Hearn's palate but I agree that, if the fight was made, there's always a (remote) possibility that an A grade Broner might turn up!

I do think that both Garcia's would be too much for Benn at this point. Danny more so than Mikey but neither are gonna take this fight.

As others have suggested, Lopez wouldn't be a bad match up and would come to fight.

Benn is definitely deserving of being in the top five or six welterweights in the world. He still has to have bigger tests, but win or lose, he is good television, like Ortiz Jr.
