We need to remember that to Boxing fans this fight is years too late but as it stands we are a minority, the casuals buy a minimum of 80% of tickets or PPV's and the casuals know all about the animosity between these 2 but they don't quite understand or care how little impact this has upon the division it is fought in or the sport in general.

meh, I vote for desperation. Can’t see why real fans would support this considering that khan couldn’t care less that Uk fans had been asking for this fight for about 10 yrs. It’s only now when the fight means absolutely nothing-and that he’s out of options that he finally agreed.

The only difference is that Hearn stopped the farce after taking a lot of losses and AJ fell on his lap. A page from Master P’s way of buying up his own albums and claiming they went platinum lol.

I don’t know anyone talking about this fight. And there are too many poor and homeless people in Manchester for folks to be coughing up money for two guys who’re past it at this time of the year (during Christmas). As big as Khan was, he never did huge numbers in Manny, even in his prime. And Brook’s biggest fight in his career in Sheffield didn’t generate this type of interest.

They need to stop the farce - people aren’t that interested in this farce. 3/4 of the tickets would end up on resale.
