As for Munguia his ass is clearly nipping as far as Andrade is concerned he could of got the shot as soon as he moved up seems he prefers to go the Charlo route...
Prior to the order, they had already made Ortiz #1. just like prior to Andrade's order, Munguia was #1.

GGG has not fought since when? He would rather wait an extra 3 months for Murata? Why?

Even that's ******, but it makes more sense than the WBC ordering the WBO Champ to fight the WBC Champ!
Hearn has said that he doesn't represent GGG, and that GGG/Andrade is not an "in-house" fight but rather an "in-network" fight. Maybe he misspoke because he was also talking about Munguia in the same breath, but I don't think he was.

Hearn petitioned the WBC because it's supposedly in their rules, but WBO would have to also accept. I wonder if WBC has anything in their rules that would allow your second scenario to be possible. However, Andrade dropping any belt will immediately hurt him because it'll make him even easier to avoid. Adames is currently on PBC island, so IDK if that match-up would materialize anyway. Andrade hasn't been able to fight the names to quickly boost his stock, so he'll have to continue toiling away until it happens.

Munguia’s got more fan’s than Adames and Charlo. The only guy’s who like runners and clinchers are the commentators who’d be better off as judges on “Dancing With The Stars”. Thanks to the fighters that show up to fight, that are keeping the fight game alive. People are going to get tired and move to MMA fights if fighters keep getting robbed in boxing.

The negotiation period is generally 30 days Shawn was #1 before Ortiz fought mean machine assuming it was 30 days (most likely was) it put them at the beginning of august aka before he fought mean machine, pretty sure he fought him mid august?...

As for Munguia he should just be removed from the WBO rankings quite frankly.

I don't think that's exactly what Munguia said. He said he wanted to fight Dervy or GGG! He didn't say anything about wanting to fight Adames! I'm still puzzled as to why the WBO would order Andrade vs. #2 Zhanibek Alimkhanuly, vice Andrade vs. #1 Munguia???
It's obvious you have something against Munguia you go around thread to thread constantly dissing him. However it was Adames who turned down the fight already instead to fight Alexis Salazar so go do your research. It has been discussed already but you can't seem to comprehend just because they are ranked #1 in an organization doesn't mean they have to go for that belt, he's obviously going after the WBC belt where he is also the #1 contender.

I don't think Adames beats Munguia either he's skilled and has decent power but his stamina isn't great and he tends to get heavy in between fights. If Teixeira can crack his chin so can Munguia.
