Going out on loss is not great really but you went out to the best so you can comeback. Should comeback from defeats, a sign of a true champ.
When you lose to bums then you know it might be wise to call it a day.

If he's talking about retirement, then he should retire.

Shame we never really got to see how good (or bad) he was. Though I suspect he was carefully managed to the top and massively over achieved compared to ability.

After the 3rd fight that wilder has several good fights. He always beat aj for aj has zero jaw n is less athletic less quick . wilder lands on everyone no1 but fury. Whos like 60lbs heavier got up . ortiz the 2nd fight couldve continue was in better shape than fury 1st fight was completly ko most fights ruled a ko. Fight i want to see most wilder vs usyk. Wilder not gonna try outbox a wizard. Can wilder land on usyk & can usyk handle it if connect. Fury lopsides usyk , aj 75% chance lose again to stiff, if go in old aj hell gas out get frustrated and lose on points. So wilder vs usyk

            He won’t fight again

i said before the third fight that Fury will send him into retirement.

I just don’t see Wilder as the type of fighter willing to go back to fighting non title fights for significantly less money. I suppose there’s still big fights out there for him but he doesn’t need to fight anymore. Plus he’s heading towards late 30’s.

Even if he does fight again, he will never be the same after that beating.

Wilder understands if he can't land the home run punch, he'll take a beating against anyone with C level boxing skills, from cruiserweight to HW...

If aj loses again vs Usyk, then wilder v aj would be huge imho.

Hrgovic, for all his hype, still manages to get caught clean by alot of opponents. Sure he walks through an Ahmatovic right hand but does he do the same with Wilder?

He’s made millions, he’s created generational wealth, especially if he makes smart investments with the $70m I’m career winnings. That sort of money creates more money on its own. Stay home champ, Birmingham could use you I’m sure.

Can't be half-steppin in combat...Im a 30+ year veteran and have seen decorated heros who've deployed repeatedly into actual combat all of the sudden lose the "mental". Training & reaction time suffers when focus & discipline decrease. Same is true for the fight game. If his mind is saying "should I go?"...the question already been answered.
