I'll go Hearn based on him being a big lump he is like 6'5 and had a few amateur fights though by his own admission he wasn't any good.
I've seen throw a few combos, hit the speedbag and witnessed him destroy Frank Smith with a bodyshot.

I'm not sure Ellerbe has any sort of training experience outside of lifting weights and carrying Floyds handbags.
