The major unanswered question is why the hell is GGG so desperate to fight Murata? He has been trying to fight Murata for 6 years! GGG has a very unhealthy obsession with wanting to fight Murata as he has been trying to make this fight more than any other fight in his career. Murata brings nothing to the table and never will. This is very f***ing strange.

Take at where the proximity of both countries are, they’ve been in each other’s line of sight a whole lot longer than just their pro careers. They compete in the same events and tournaments in the region. I’m sure that’s an old beef. Ignore the two professional Golovkin haters who can’t for a second imagine these two may have been amateurs at the same time or have old Olympic team beef..you know cause it’s just because he’s a soft touch according to them. Just like some of this generations welters can’t have possibly have old amateur beef (cough porter/Crawford)
