Remember when Vargas was blowing up in the rankings... Then once he started pick up stiff opponents his KO ratio went down. Cotto has decent power. He no one punch ko artist. Manny is just as if not more powerful than Cotto. Its funny how people think a bigger guy automatically hits harder or is stronger...

Yeah I agree. His power is decent enough, but it's no better than Pacquiao's.
