Just boxrec warrior’ing, but he looks like he could be a good prospect and they are ruining him (If I listen to the opinions of the majority on here). He’s only 23.

I'm assuming you are referring to Isaac 'Pitbull' Cruz, with the upcoming PBC PPV vs. Gervonta Davis. Premiere Championship Boxing, had no plans on pushing for Isaac to face 'Tank' at this moments ; Rolly Romero was the initial opponent, however, due to sexual-assault allegations by a wratched btch stripping hoe, Romero was pulled-out of this weekends PPV.

He just needs to give a good account of himself and he will be ok.

So before what should be a prospect in Cruz, Tank was fighting another prospect lvl fighter in Romero. In this journey to protect Tank they are really feeding him prospects. Hoping Cruz upsets him.

If he gets sparked at 23, his career will change drastically. Even a beating from a puncher like Tank could change him. Tank hasn’t even fought a puncher in his career. If this was a feather-duster sure. They really aren’t investing anything on Cruz, they are sacrificing him for Tank.

But Isaac Cruz is a top ten contender tho? And Rolly is world-level? Nah-mean? How are you doing bruh, I'm also bored.

You really think black owned PBC gives a f.uck about some Mexican kid that nobody's ever heard of? He's just one of the many sacrificial Latinos PBC has lined up for their black champs.

Cruz is a good fighter and can improve in the future. But he was hardly one of the top prospects in the sport, and this is a good opportunity for him. He's been a pro for 6 and a half years and just beat an ex-world champ, he's not a novice.

                    explanation:
gervonta davis had 3 wba belts. they told him to decide which one he wants to keep and defend. he would be stripped if he doesn't vacate or defend. davis vacated his super featherweight belt. he kept lightweight and super lightweight secondary belts. mandatories for those 2 belts were rolando romero and alberto puello. tank's options were: josh taylor as the only other beltholder at 140 (already busy), teofimo lopez (already busy), devin haney (davis would be stripped of his belt, it would be for haney's wbc only), romero or puello. realistically, it was between romero and puello. who would you prefer? i think everybody would prefer romero since there is already bad blood between them. his team chose romero.

all of a sudden romero has legal problems and they need someone else. so they do what is always done in a situation like this - they look at the wba rankings to find the highest available contender. rivera, vasquez and corrales fought recently. lomachenko had a fight scheduled. linares, for whatever reason, doesn't want to go the wba route (he chose wbc semifinal eliminator instead of wba final eliminator). i don't know why roman andreev declined. after them there's isaac cruz at number 8 and he accepted.

i don't criticize davis one bit for this. the fight is not ppv worthy but i won't pay so i don't complain.
