How do you explain it? I think it's an island thing. Philipinos fight into antiquity, teofimo about done at 24. I can see an old man laying under a palm tree on an island vs an old man trying to live in a cardboard box in NYC. Island living isn't bad, it's different, but these two wouldn't sell anywhere else. I don't think they'd allow it in Nevada.
