Kevin Johnson pulls out of his fight with Odlanier Solis

According to Dan Rafael, Kevin Johnson's promoter Joe Deguardia has pulled him out of the fight with Odlanier Solis.

The reason: Vitali Klitschko will fight again on Dec 12, and Kevin Johnson is at the top of a short list of potential opponents.

They must be very confident Vitali will defeat Arreola to do this.

I think Johnson is the one guy that can give Big V a lot of problems.

It's a sensible decision. He'd make peanuts for fighting Solis, but he'll receive a nice payday for fighting Vitali.

Johnson has some excellent boxing skills. He reminds me of Larry Donald, who went 11 rounds with Vitali, that's longer than most.

SOLIS had his chance to fight JOHNSON on Aug 15 and he (Solis) re-scheduled the fight to Sept 29 (and re-scheduled it again for Oct 10....SOLIS was probably going to re-schedule it again for a NOV show in Florida, so Johnson really had no choice, also There was an opt out in the contracts that if a title fight came up, either fighter could back out for a chance at said title fight

Johnson is a feather fisted pretender who will never amount to anything, he hasn't beaten anybody with a pulse, he struggled against clubfighter Terry Smith.

                  A clubfighter outlanded Johnson

                  Smith 207
                  Johnson 194

If a clubfighter can land 207 punches on Johnson in 10 rounds...just imagine what Wlad or Vitali would do to him.

Johnson gets destroyed by either Klitschko.
