All of Bud's critics said we want you to fight Shawn Porter, NOW, and guess what? That is what he did. You will never see Canelo do that cuz deep down inside he knows he may lose to Andrade and the Charlo brothers ro Benavidez.
Canelo faced the best super welterweight (Lara, Trout and Floyd), best middleweights (Golovkin and Jacobs), cleand 168 division, and took a belt in a much higher division.

And he is younger than Crawford.

    Truth hurts...

I don't think Shawn Porter is Terrence Crawford's best win, but regardless 'Alvarez has better wins'.

Alvarez's win against Kovalev is not his greatest win 'Kovalev was rushed into the fight, after just finishing up in a extremely brutal fight vs Yarde.

Usually after long brutal fights, fighters need at-least a few months to recover.

Kovalev was only given 7-8 weeks time to prepare for Alvarez and then recover from his fight against Yarde.

So ultimately, Kovalev had zero time to recover from his fight against Yarde, and he was probably forced then straight back into training camp.

If he would of had a easy fight vs Yarde, maybe this would of not been a big issue 'But in my opinion, it was a issue'.

There should of been at least a 4 month time frame between the Yarde fight, and then Kovalev vs Alvarez '3 months at the minimum, but 7-8 weeks was just not enough time for Kovalev to recover and then devise a proper training camp'.

Note: I have no idea why, Kovalev accepted the fight so quickly 'His team should of negotiated more time for preparation'.

Zero credit for Floyd for getting his ass whooped. Zero credit for Lara/Trout/Golovkin since all of those wins were with controversy. Controversial wins don't help your resume, facts.

Chavez took the rematch and won, Canelo refused to give Trout, Lara a rematch.

A lot of fighters had two months to recover and did it well.

Kovalev dominated Yarde except the round that Tarde wloobed Kovalev.

And You are forgetting than Kovalev was bigger, taller, natural in the division and a serios power puncher.

It was the first fight of Canelo in that weight.

Porter was inactive by 18 months, had wars, and was not mucho younger (34 years old).

Porter is the better fighter that Crawford faced.

Of fact, crawford never has been with heavier and Tallers guys than him.

Chávez took the rematch like 2 or 3 years later, like Duran.

                    Canelo took the rematch sooner.

Trout did not deserved the rematch, and Lara fight was horrible, nobody will buy that fight again.

Canelo was younger and pre prime.

Of fact, Canelo at 23 years had better rivals faced than your boy at 34 years.

Then fight Crawford at 160 if you're so confident. He won't. He'll duck. We know what time it is.
