Are you American? I’m only asking as over here when I’ve been at shows in the U.K., one major Gripe I hear people say about David diamante is his weird tendency to repeat every fighters surname a second time. Maybe silly but I can totally relate to what people mean when complain about this.
so was wondering the American viewers take on this.

I don't know why anybody thinks this is unusual, he's certainly not the first to do it as I'm 36 and can remember announcers doing it a lot.

All true, but I do believe that Lopez simply cannot be his best at 135lbs. That and he’s been absolutely drained with many personal problems in the lead up to this fight. He announced on the Spanish telecast interview that he was about to be divorced from his wife who just gave birth to his son. Not making excuses for him because I was really rooting for Kambosos, but I think Lopez will be back eventually and will be a big threat at 1:40.

Lopez was being somewhat of a sore loser but the Fig fight was a disgusting robbery and Fig was clearly the better man. they were obviously paid off in that one
