No, he’s the next Kirkland. He’ll get starched by Ortiz if they ever meet.
Is "Boots" Ennis the next big thing in boxing?

Oh no, let's GET that far LOL.
I'm a big believer of Ennis and he is one of those guys that truly lives the life. We still have to see what kind of chin he has but he has the potential to be a P4P fighter for years to come.
2022 he needs to get with a big promoter and get close to a title shot. He's not getting a shot with the top names without being backed by a top broker.Comment

I think he’s super talented but he’s in a division with proven elite fighters. If there was a B level belt holder like a Brook or Alexander hanging around I’d put him in with them tomorrow but I’d be very cautious putting him in with a Crawford or Spence. If he fought Crawford next he’d probably get eaten alive IMO, that’s such a big step up from the Dulorme’s of the world.

Connor Benn is NOWHERE NEAR world level, don’t buy into the propaganda man.
Ennis would stop Connor Benn in 90 seconds, they’re not in the same league.Comment

I Agree! Right now he is not but he can and should continue to improve and who knows one day he might reach that level but of course Boots, Ortiz and those guys are indeed way ahead of him so no argument here on that.Comment

I just think he’s so unproven mate, he’s rejected several domestic title fights, clearly didn’t want no part of Avanesyan at European level. Matchroom are conning the public big time with this kid.Comment
