Somone doesn't just stop doing something that is "working" and the reason is usually it is not "working" anymore.

To be honest Larry he stopped using his Jab after the 6th
I thought it was a close fight but Floyd stepped it up and took it to him
If he would have kept jabbing then he would have won
Floyd isnt ******. He knows Oscar uses his jab and he was getting set up
          but ****** Oscar just stopped

I think oscar is being the promoter he should be and he is talking jive about the other fighter to bring more attention to a fight that hasnt really had any until the piss drinking incident.

I think Oscar knows deep inside that the fight was his to win and he fooked up
but he also knows that Floyd is no sloutch and he has crisp punches that have an effect.

just like mosley was easy but the judges got in the way.

just like trinidad but my balls, stamina, & judges got in the way.

just like hopkins i was doing fine until i got hit in the stomach & decided not to get up.

just like pacquiao he doesnt punch hard but my face was a mess because it was the kangaroo meat's fault.

This is only the beginning. Oscar is now promoting so the lies will just keep flowing.

Oscar really needs to think before he opens his mouth...

Pacquiao doesn't hit hard then Floyd was easy...but he lost both fights...

They should ask him bout the Hopkins fight...

Oscar's an idiot. If Pacquiao or anyone doesn't hit hard, you walk right through them and beat the **** out of them. Oscar's face was still damaged two months after the Manny fight according to some pics I've seen, his left temple area was still swollen. Ask Ricky if Manny hits hard.

And like Gambler said, if the jab is working and winning you the fight, you don't just stop using it.

Oscar shouldn't be allowed to talk about boxing.

i agree with oscar that a good jab and boxing skills would give floyd problems. hatton, gatti, baldomir dont have any skill which is why they were easy fights for floyd.

For me it wasnt a close fight. It was a good, and clear UD by Floyd. Oscar wins some rounds, and than the fight was close, and he sensed he cant win the fight...
Its everytime the same thing with Oscar. Floyds way of fighting looks like he is vulnerable, but it isnt. He is checking out, what is the gameplan, rhythem, tactic of his opponent, while Oscar always enters the ring a little bit hyped and not relaxed.

I once respected Oscar more, than I do now, but its not important. Whats important is, that he realised, that he was a good and elite fighter, but nothing more. He wanted to be a Boxing-Legend, but he isnt. He fails to make just one step more, to get in the olymp of boxing, where the ATG are waiting.
