Without making some huge changes and a proper trainer I can't see the Bronze Bomber at the top of the Heavies.
.... maybe when Fury retires, but then you have to think about all the other fighters in the division that have been taking notes and plan to do the same game plan.

I'm pulling for any USA fighters but without developing some more weapons in his arsenal, I don't think he can cut thru the rankings again with just a right hand.

The problem for Wilder now is that kind of beating and knockout is very hard to come back from. Fighters who take that kind of beating at his age never really recover

I’m sure he thinks he still has it, most fighters do but I think that will have taken a lot from him.

I wouldn’t bank on it tbh. I do think he can potentially beat any other HW not named Tyson Fury but…

          -He’s 36 years old.
-He’s earned a lot of money.
          -His aura has been destroyed.
-He took a real beating last time out.

I’d like to see him back but I’m not so sure the motivation will be there.

I think in his favor, is the fact that his style could still hold up well. He can still snipe some guys out quickly. And even if fights last a bit, they are probably going to be somewhat like Fury-Wilder 1 in the first half of the fight, with little action, as Wilder's power will keep guys from being too aggressive.

Strong odds the WBC orders Wilder-Whyte as a final
              eliminator for the mandatory spot.

Of course he's not finished, but he's 36 so clearly the best is not yet to come lol

I don't think he will, not in his old form. He took a savage beating in that last fight and his chin will never be the same. Tyson Fury don't even punch hard, its not like he hurt most opponents he faced, if Wilder faces a puncher that'd be bad news man.

He wanted to take a beating and go out on his shield well he got that but that now means he's gonna get wobbled by boxers who can't even punch hard
