It's also really weird logic that just because Sanchez said Golovkin was losing around round 7, that he therefore lost the fight. Not like Golovkin rallied the second half of the fight or anything. "Welp, you didn't win the first half of the fight so you can no longer win the fight now." Don't even bother getting into it with a guy who has a name like he does.

whoever is winning after 7 rounds is the winner! i thought canelo was winning after 7 and scored the fight a draw cause ggg won more of the remaining rounds. that doesnt seem far fetched at all...and i like him he's just got a bad case of the fanboys

It was not the first half, it was the round 8 or 9.

If your trainer said that, and all the rounds are very close (8,9,10,11,12), man thats a fair close L.

Abel and Golovkin had problems after they rematch with Canelo. Thats a good win to Canelo, close but there are close good wins. Like Duran vs Leonard I or Morales vs Pacquiao I.

Yeah I am completely fine with a draw or 1 round either way. There was no dominate performance from Canelo like his diehards would have people believe. I think what surprised Golovkin the most in the beginning of the rematch was Canelo's higher than normal output. It was his highest or 2nd highest fight for punches thrown. He's certainly tapered off or gone back to his mean average.

you can think he lost, but his trainer never said he thought canelo won, which was your original claim.
