not that i agree but he did ko spences best win and spence won a razor close fight. the rest of spences resume should be enough to get him to #1 although in reality ugas beat porter too so he should probably be #1 with his pac win, but his name is ugas and hes not american and not as marketable so you know the story

manny beat 3 floyd opponents and floyd beat 2 manny opponents. not too much of a difference but you would think that manny fought all 50 floyd opponents right after lol

I agree that Ugas beat Porter but he still has 3 losses on his record besides that and he only really has three good wins (Pac, Porter, and taking Omar Figueroa Jr's 0). He has some wins over fringe contenders like Mike Dallas, Thomas Dulorme, Jamal James, etc but nothing to compare to Spence's run of Algieri, Brook, Peterson, Mikey G, Porter, and Danny G.
