It's obvious Cotto would need to get inside to negate PWills big height, and reach advantages. But Williams has shown to be very effective on the inside as well, even for being such a long guy. I'd take PWill in a hard fought, but clear UD.
I can't bring myself to put pressure on Cotto,to be the man to fight the Punisher,it's just not fair!!He has proven he will fight almost anyone on sooo many occasions,if no other welterweights want it,I don't think Cotto should bother either!!
